An amazing omelette, totally compatible with the Ketone diet. Enjoy !!!
Ketone greek omelette

Recipe for 6 people - or 3 very good eaters

  • 1 pack of pleurotus mushrooms
  • some mushroom pickles
  • 1 eggplant
  • 2 or 3 pumpkins
  • 6 eggs
  • grated Parmesan
  • Feta cheese
  • fresh oregano in preference
  • extra virgin olive oil, pepper, boukowo
  • Chia seed

We send someone to buy the ingredients or if we like to do it ourselves

  • Step 1: We put music of our liking.
  • Step 2: Take a glass of wine or whatever you prefer and start drinking.
  • Step 3: The rest its super easy. We wash and cut all our vegetable all in a same size.
  • Step 4: We put our chopped vegetable to a pan and we add the pepper, the salt, the oregano and the extra virgin olive oil.
  • Step 5: We put the pan to an oven and we cook for 30 minutes or until our vegetable get soft and take a nice color.
  • Step 6: To a bowl we hit the eggs and we add the parmesan, the boukowo, Chia seed, the Feta cheese on big pieces and our cooked vegetable.
  • Step 7: We put nonstick paper to a pan and then we poor our mix (Ιf we want to impress our friends we use a cake pan) and we cook it to an oven for 30 minutes until the eggs take a nice color.

We serve and at the hole created by the cake pan we add a fresh salad!!!

When our friends ask us for the recipe we look them with a conspiratorial face and we say that eventually we gonna give them the recipe ... (but we will never do it 😂 )
