Bread with almond flour

Ingredients (for 13 slices or rolls)

4 eggs +1 if you want to soak it and put 10 grams of sesame seeds.
100 g of cream 35% fat
25 g of vinegar
200 g of almond flour
45 g of psyllium
75 g melted butter
10 g of salt
8 g of baking powder

Method

Lighten the oven to air to 170 degrees to preheat.

Put the eggs, cream and vinegar in a large bowl and stir with the wire. Once these are joined, add the remaining ingredients and stir with a spoon to incorporate everything. Leave it for ten minutes to "rest" and then either put it in shape or roll it into buns (13 rolls of 50 grams). Leave with egg and put the sesame seeds.

Bake for 45 minutes with the mold, then remove the mold and bake for ten minutes. If you have made bread rolls, you only cook for 25 minutes. It's very tasty and has a nice cake!
