Lemon jam

Ingredients (for 20 portions of 28.5 grams)

150 g Lemon all the fruit without the white.
15 g of peel cut as in the photo
100 g of stevia-erythritol 1: 1
300 g water
8 g of gelatin

Method

Put the gelatin soaked in some water. Boil peel with water and sweetener just take a boil and leave it ten minutes to pull. Add lemon that is chopped and gelatin and boil. If the pieces are large you can melt them a bit.
